    No link, but if it is low priced and no one is bidding.....there's probably a good reason;)

    Maybe my search skills aren't very good. What is the link? And I do agree that generally speaking if something is not selling for market on the 'bay there is likely something amiss.

    I've never seen the inside of an old Blancpain, but I've got a $125 Seiko in the drawer that's finished better than that thing.

    Here is link to an old thread on MWR discussing the sale of fake BP FF on eBAY.

    In this thread there is reference to a discussion from a French FF forum discussing some pointers on how to identify the fakes.
    One of these rules would be of particular interest in this case:

    7. avoid S/N 301417, hundreds of mint ones were recently made with that S/N

    This is the same serial # as the watch in the eBAY sale.

    yes, well known fake. and a 110% fake... hope, the seller comes after me with a lawsuit !!!!!!! again: 120% fake,fake..... kind regards. achim
