    I kind of like these 2 I saw on line. Choc dial is interesting ... Black dial look tidy. Any pearls ??

    The first watch is a redial and the second one is too aged for my taste.

    hands don't seem to match each other or the dial...
    The second is a kyleL special, but that hand set doesn't look quite right either. The case and crowns look appropriate for the vintage...

    Those crackled and faded black dials have their charm. Normally I'm in the same camp Mike / MSNWatch is on patina (meaning that it's just a fancy word for aged dirt) but Omega black is the exception.

    And the first one is a redial - the shape of the S didn't start until 1960-ish ('61?) and the caliber 471 is a mid to late 50's movement.

    On joining this forum I could not tell the difference between a Bow Tie and a Redial .... But in a short time I have gained some serious tips to correct that ... Thank you Focus
