Finally got the time to take some better pictures of the latest addition. I found it in Italy and sent a request for an extract from the archives. Based on the serial number (5.3 mil) on the caseback and the movement, I would say that it is around the mid-1930s. Hands look a awful so I'll try to find replacement or ask my wm if its possible to take off this white paint. What are your thoughts? 😀

White paint off ? Easy. Very Small vessel. Fill with paint stripper. Hands in. Leave a few hours. With a wooden peg/ tooth pick take paint off.

Really nice black dial, thanks for sharing. I agree with your assessment, maybe invoiced in 1936. I have a watch with a close serial number (5'324'327 vs. 5'324'593) and it was invoiced to Ostersetzer (Italy) on 18 June 1936. See photos below.

Regarding the hands, I think that the white paint on the hour hand looks good, and is possibly original. I would leave this hand, and try to match the others with it. If the second hand has a silver finish underneath the white paint, I might even leave it silver. It would be a shame if any of these hands got damaged while trying to make them look better.

@DirtyDozen12 you are right, hour hand seems to be original because the paint is smooth and even. Here is another one with similar hands
