Black pie pan from 1978???

Hey guys, what do you think? A legit pie pan, but from 1978? Unfortunately I don't have pics of the inside yet... I am considering buying it, so what would you consider a good price if you think it's legit?

Its a repainted rail track dial not a pie pan. A pie pan has 12 defined scallops round the edge and the inner dial makes a 12 (straight) sided polygon. This has a step but in the form of a circle so by definition isn't a PP.

Nothing you posted in your original post is correct unfortunately. It isn't a pie pan, it isn't legit and it isn't from the 1970s. Back to school for you!

...Also, gold plating on the back of the lugs? 😒😒
