    Hi all,

I bought genuine Omega deployment on Ebay. I thought it is normal stainless steel Omega deployment clasp because of bad pictures. I was surprised when it arrived to me, it is black. I tried to find black 94521813 but unsuccessfully. So is it authentic omega deployment or a good fake? Thank you for help :)

I was going to suggest it was a ceramic/steel deployant clasp, until I realised no black one exists..

How much did you pay for it?

From pictures it didn't look like black, so I thought it is regular SS, so very surprised I got black, paid for it 97usd ;(

Actually, I wish Omega would offer a black stainless version. I recently purchased a gold Omega watch that I’d like to use an Omega deployant strap on — using a stainless clasp doesn’t seem right, and a gold deployant is way too expensive.

That's a pretty cheap price for a deployant clasp.

I suggest initiating an eBay claim, explaining it's a fake with this thread as evidence.

By chance I have a genuine clasp for sale on ebay, look at the printing on yours and it's too faded and the numbers under the barcode are way off.

Just looked it up on the Omega Extranet to confirm - this should be a plain steel buckle, not blackened. Definitely bogus, and the packaging doesn't look right either.
