Black Dial Omega 14744 Cal.503? Possible?

I cam across this quite nice Omega 14744, but with black dial which i cant quite find. The dial is nicely Patina too..
Is it a legit variation or just another good redial?

I vote for refinished. I don't recall that S being used on these and the print appears to be just that, printed rather than gilt. Better photos would help.

It may be crystal distortion, but the “Swiss Made” looks to be misaligned with respect to the minute track.
