Hi everyone, I was looking at this black Conquest Calendar on ebay http://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/330903227279?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2648Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network I googled what a 19ASD movement looks like, and to my untrained eye, it looks consistent with a 19ASD. As I am inexperienced in vintage Longines, thought I'd ask your opinions! My questions are: a) er, that does look like an original dial, right? (I think there's some patina, but knowing how many black dials are redials...) b) is the wearing off of the enamel at the back significant? c) what would be a rough estimate of the price? USD700? d) are there any red flags to suggest the watch is non-authentic, frankened or problematic? Thanks!
Dial looks good, aged as these black ones do. Case back looks OK, pretty typical of these. Crown is a replacement and its not always easy to find a correct original one. Personally I think its at or past its price point. You can often get a Conquest Heritage (modern) for similar or less money.
