Black Bay 58 Retrofitted with an EasyLink

    @McBeardy reminded me, I’d promised to start this thread from this Oyster Perpetual discussion.

    It is possible to retrofit a Black Bay 58 bracelet with a Rolex EasyLink.

    Why?
    It allows tool-less micro adjustment by 5mm for when you get hot or cold. Also, for those whose wrists only fit in-between a full link.

    How? The process is reversible but you must sacrifice one BB58 link.

    Here are the instructions and an animation of the final result,

    This is absolutely brilliant. Biggest oversight with BB58 is the lack of an adjustable clasp.

    Is it possible to somehow purchase one of these on their own without breaking the bank ?, Is there any aftermarket for this ?

    EDIT: I just read the full instructions, this is way beyond me! :oops:

    Yeah it's a lot of work and I do very limited runs. However, I'm looking at other solutions and close to what may be much more cost effective and even more seamless.
