I think someone on the forum said that once ::confused2::

or maybe it was on a distant planet a long, long time ago.

Regardless it seems to apply here.

That's a good looking watch! Would be great for Flyers and Orioles games. Too bad it's hubcap size. ;) :p

I prefer watching cars and grid girls than seeing a man throw his balls at another man holding a large pole in his hand...each to his own I suppose;):p

I was just looking at the initial release information on this watch. I think it looks pretty fun with a nice Tin Tin vibe to it. They also seemed to have enlarged the sub dials a little bit which is also nice. Between the Speedy Tuesday release (sadly on the wait list) and these new images, Omega is off to a good start in 2017. I'm excited for Basel and what comes up in the next few months!

WHY 44mm?! Too big too bulky... for me at least. Thought I was going to have to change my pants when I first saw it, but then I read the size ::facepalm1::

Exactly. That watch, at 38mm, might even get ME to at least try it on.

Agreed, though apparently there is something wrong with grid girls....the OF mods apparently don't like them and deleted a very innocent post of a grid girl wearing a black and orange uniform...reminds me of Animal Farm...some members are more equal than others::stirthepot::.

If there is a new guideline from the mods on posting pictures of pretty women...please advise and make that consistent for ALL forum members.

I think we need to reflect that it is essentially a sports watch chronograph and although I too would have preferred a smaller size, being a black dial with a black strap it should wear smaller. Still a good effort by Omega and in the right direction, hopefully they can shave off 1mm per year and we could get down to 42mm by 2019...50th Apollo 11;):D

It's OK, though aside from the original Dark Side I'm not into the 9300 series. The colored Tachymetre text is kinda cool though

Thanks I looked everywhere but there lol.

I love the look, its a great modern interpretation, but 44.25??? come on guys. I have a feeling it due to the size of that movement as they could not shrink it down due to the subdial posts on the movement. Looks like we have to wait awhile untill they can make a smaller chrono movement with the features to make it eligible for METAS for a sub 42mm chrono. Sure the 3313 POC had a tiny movement and they hid it well with the dial design and bezel. I have a feeling that this will wear larger then the 45.5 3313 POC width wise due to have far apart the subdials are. I hope its thinner...

The bezels are similar in size, so the 9300 line (Dark Side, Moonphase etc) wear similarly to the regular Speedmaster Professional. The 44.25 case underneath disappears, as does the 42mm case on the Pro

Well it is a little large for me, but I really like the color usage , not too gaudy or over done. That is welcome. What I like is that Omega is giving us more and more choices
