Marcus, I would say that the fonts are off, definitely a refinished dial. Look at the position of the longines script..off to the left.. Also, case and lugs have lost their facets, aggressive polishing me thinks, keep clear of this one!
Much appreciated Alex. The poor finishing of the lettering on the dial also got me cautious as well. This hunting for a decent 291 is tough!
