I've just sent a couple of f300s off to Paul at Electric Watches for service.

A Cone which he's worked on previously, just for a service, and this Constellation.

The dial is really badly degraded (paint bubbling and flaking, green coming through on the brass of the dial), and he's offered the option of a redial...so I'm biting the bullet and going for it, along with a clean up and relume of the hands.

Pictures to follow when it's back in a few weeks! :D

And I've talked myself out of it... I've got attached to that mussed up face.

I would keep as is and hunt down a genuine dial. I´m pretty sure if you have enough time you will come across one on Ebay.
