I've been looking for the last 18 months for the right model 1980 full set steel sub to pop up at the right money. Always loved the idea of owning various birth pieces but will definitely start with matte dial sub. LETS SEE WHAT YOU HAVE , SHOW US YOUR AGE LADIES AND GENTS ;0)

I’ve been making enquiries the last 6 weeks on this but still a little pricey!

Would love a 1980 speedy but haven’t seen one yet. The 80s weren’t great for omega design.

It’s funny ... been looking for a birth year watch and have hated everything I’ve seen. Just realized this morning based on S/N that I already own a birth year watch and I didn’t put 2 and 2 together. This RG almost NOS beauty. No need to search anymore...

I used to have almost a dozen watches from 1966, including a pair of Constellation Pie Pans (one steel, one gold). I'm not sure what I have left now. I do know my Eterna caliber 1466U is from that year though.

My turtle lug IWC caliber 401 might be from '66 too, but I'm not positive.
