    Omega don’t sell just the inserts for these, the genuine article isn’t available separately.

    Bezels aren’t cheap. If you have the ~£225/$275 to spend on a genuine replacement bezel then do it. If you instead intend putting a £20/$30 fake insert on it then I wouldn’t advise it since it will probably look worse. You could try eBay for a better bezel but it’ll still won’t be cheap.

    My opinion, FWIW, is keep the bezel as is, but next time it needs service, have the bezel replaced.

    I say keep the bezel insert. From the photo, it matches nicely with the dial. I think the new one might be just too "new" for that watch.

    Let it be. I think a new insert may look off at least until a service if you decide to polish the watch

    There's nothing there? Is it the scratches/jagged edges at the 12 o'clock? Anyhow, i'll keep it as it is. Originality at its best.
