That watch has what is called a DNN or Dot Next to 90 bezel. These are not able to be ordered via Omega. They where used from 1969 through?

Is that an actual picture of your watch?

Your best bet is eBay. It won't be easy or cheap.

This watch looks perfect for daily wearer. After few days on the wrist, you won’t probably notice the differnece on the bezel. Remember those hd pictures emphasize many things that the naked eye won’t. The dial looks beautiful!
I would save those $500 to fix a more collectible reference and enjoy what you have now

It's Friday afternoon, and I haven't had my afternoon Scotch yet, but doesn't sp101 site say

"If the bezel has both the accent and Dot Next to 90, it is the late, small font bezel from the 1990’s+ and as such not fitted to any watch covered by this site."

and wasn't this reference from the 90's+?

This example on photo has correct bezel. Hooked 7 and accent over e.

    Your watch looks great.

EDIT: you are right. Yours should have without accent over e

    When is this reference from?

I thought small letters with accent and dot next to 90 was correct for 90s+ and the watch was from that same period.

There is quote from speedmaster101.com :

Late model bezel as fitted post 1990 watches. Also distinguished by the smaller TACHYMETRE letters. This bezel is often seen on watches that have been serviced by Omega, as it is the service replacement that is fitted.

To Oddboy: Yes, you have right, year of production is 1991.. I am confused because you can find both mentioned types of bezel in offers. My friend has the same watch (ref. 3592.50) year 1995 and his bezel is without the accent and has dot next to 70, so it looks like the bezel on the first picture.. I assume that all watches of this reference from 90' - 95/96 have the same bezel.. (??) ::book::
I very much appreciate your efforts! :)

I'm going to agree. If you had one that was -69 through -78, I'd say that you should probably invest in the correct bezel. But past that era (especially when you get into the '90s) it's probably not worth the cost to track it down.

Now I have checked MWO and my own specimen.

Correct bezel for your watch has no accent over e and no hook on 7 (MWO B3 or B4).
The bezel in first foto is for watches up to 1970-1990 but I guess can be probably found also year or two later ( MWO B2 ). It has hooked 7 and no accent over e.

This is my 1991 just like yours. Long S and r in speedmaster, serial 48263XXX
    OFbrisi.jpg

and here is B2 with hook on 7. I have this bezel on 145.022-74
    OFbrisi1.jpg

B3 bezel I do not have so I can not show.
