Can someone share with me the part number for this so I can find an OEM? Omega won't do it without a service.

Got an OEM on eBay that's in pretty good shape. Can I just snap this on or is there special skill required?

Would you recommend taking it to a high-end watch place or can my local guy with a bezel press do it?

A good local guy with a good bezel press can do it.

Make sure the bezel you’re buying isn’t fake.

Thanks, David. Got from a seemingly legit dealer, came with packaging (that was opened) but now you're giving me pause to possibly take it into Omega to further confirm it's OEM before installing. Of course, Omega won't perform the repair without taking the watch for two months and doing a full service.

I wouldn’t expect an Omega AD to be able to identify a good fake bezel.
If it came in packing it should be ok. Post it here if you’re unsure.

The finish on it appears pretty good, as does the weight. Please see attached and appreciate your expertise here.

Seeing it comes complete I vote real.

Thanks. Crazy thing is I don't know how, where, or when the original bezel came off! Appreciate this forum.
