I wish I had googled and found this thread before making an order. Ordered on Nov 4th, received "please be patient" mail on Dec 1st and silence since then, despite a number of reminder mails from my side. Still have a glimmer of hope to receive my order. Be wary.

 

Received my order today, quality is top-notch.

 

top notch..should go beyond the product. Others do much better.

 

I ordered in January and have still not heard a sound from them. I email on average twice a month to remind them, but have yet to receive any form of reply.

 

I bought two straps a while back and one was faulty.
Pic 1 below.
They said "send it back and we'll put it right" so I did.
The 2nd pic below shows what they sent back (faulty again).
I told them that was it and I couldn't recommend them.
To be fair, they then did offer me one free strap and to repair the second one but I was fed up with it all by them.
Sharing experience to help people decide.

I bought a FOIS strap for my Ed W - fits perfectly and looks great too...

 

Same here... Ordered in February, heard nothing since.
I gave up and reported to my CC company for the refund.
Was suspicious about them not taking PayPal payment, could have avoided this mess..
For those considering any purchase, don't bother..
You can find many other great strap makers out there as mentioned here.

I bought a strap secondhand from another OF member for my Speedmaster, and it is of extremely high quality. I am very pleased with it.

 

I almost ordered a strap from these guys, but after reading this thread - I'll pass. But, I really like their "Mustard Vintage Strap" 20mm with 18mm buckle.

Any suggestion where else I can order a quality strap in this color scheme and "shadows"?

 

There’s a whole sticky thread called « watch strap ressources ». I know a sweet italian craftsman who cà make something like that with a 24 hour turnaround time, probably at a fraction of the price.
