Best BOR Bracelet Makers For Pie Pan?

Hi all,

I’m thinking of switching my dog leg pie pans to bracelet. I’m not really into a vintage hunt with attendant link and sizing issues. Who in OF collective experience is a reliably good after market source?

Many Thanks

Uncle Seiko has a photo of a dog-leg Constellation on a 5-row BoR bracelet, if you like the way that looks:

However, it looks like it will be over $100 after tax and shipping for an aftermarket bracelet, and this is a reproduction of a bracelet that is extremely easy to find. I'm sure there are collectively hundreds sitting around in OF member drawers.
Thanks… Good point but I have no patience for hit or miss right now. Perhaps I’ll place a WTB add.

You would need 22 links, IMO, which I believe is the full-length bracelet. Although I've occasionally seen 23. Just sold one with 22 links unfortunately, the buyer of a watch didn't want it, but I passed it on to someone else. I don't believe I have any others quite that long.

Hence why I’m leaning new. Any idea as to if there is a bracelet number or numbers? Thanks.

If you are looking for the equivalent of that US bracelet, it would be 1036 or 1502, but sometimes not numbered. Endlinks would be 11/511 or 12. Some people probably prefer a 7-link BoR, e.g. 1037 with 70 or 570 endlinks.

If you are putting on dog leg then you may be happier with the 70/570 straight endlink which comes on the 1503 9-bead bracelet- 7 center links + 2 outer links. See pics on dogleg below

The 11/511 endlinks come on the 8220 7-bead bracelet- 5 center links + 2 outer links- and are a bit curved and look better with watch with curved lugs such as the black 2849 below

Here's what a 1037 looks like:

Krogerfoot in Japan helped me find a few BOR bracelets. It seemed that it was a little easier to find bracelets there.

Good luck.
