Saw this listed on Chrono24 (here). Does anyone know anything about it? It's weird and interesting. How does it relate with UG's Polerouter Sub? Thanks guys!

Dial & bezel graphics are similar but case is completely different. Typical generic "budget diver" case one commonly sees from 60s watches such as Aqualung, Aquastar, etc. And of course the movement is not even close to the UG micro rotor. This looks to be an off-the-rack ETA with zero finishing. So no relationship to a Polerouter Sub IMO other than sort of adopting a certain highly legible graphical style common to the period.
    Best,
    T.

PS And BTW it is 32mm in diameter just FYI so essentially a boy's or lady's watch. ;)

I had seen this many moons ago and it made me think:

    1. Is this completely legit?

    2. If it is, is this the same Berthoud that was attached to Universal Geneve? Or is it a completely secondary and later company of the same name? I was not under the impression that Berthoud survived the 30's-40's, but I have occasionally come upon later watches by that name.

Yup, saw that. I wasn't thinking of getting this at all. I just found it interesting :)

That's what I was wondering about as I thought Berthoud was affiliated with Universal Geneve in some ways.
