I recently acquired one of these tools.

A very useful tool, (but alas discontinued by Bergeon (why?? that's a good question, but I digress)).
Unfortunately, the one I obtained is missing the 'brass' sleeve (see picture).

I have 2 options, A) make one. or B) buy one.
since the path of least resistance is 'purchase', I'll try that 1st. (you never know).
So, if you have one, or know of one's whereabouts, please let me know.

As to the other option, I need some measurements.
I 'know' the OD is 5mm and the ID is 3mm, but what is the LENGTH?
