Just wanted to get an idea on this 3 star Benrus, it looks really good, but it makes me wonder if the dial has been redone? Any idea?

Also does it look correct for the period?

7021 series, circa 1960-69 according to seller

My only concern is the possibility that lume was removed at the hour markers... but it’s possible it never had it or it’s still there. Hard to tell from pictures.
