·Catch and release for this one – have always wanted to try a Bell & Ross Diver, and they're every bit as cool as you might expect. Was purchased from an authorized Bell & Ross dealer on the East Coast a little over a week ago, was only tried on and worn around the house, then boxed back up. In perfect, like-new condition, just a hair too big for my 6.5" wrist, but visually speaking, I think this is the coolest, and most functional diver Bell & Ross has ever done. The BR 03-92 'Full Lume' is rendered in a fully matte black ceramic and fitted with a grippy bezel with really excellent rotating action. The dial has a great 3D effect, thanks to its applied markers, but in the dark, it looks – and glows – a lot like a luminous dive compass, which is to say, like a literal torch. Here's the rundown on specs if you're new to this reference:
• Limited edition of XXX/999 pieces
• Movement: calibre BR-CAL 302 (automatic w/ hours, minutes, seconds, and tonal date aperture)
• Case: 42mm matte black ceramic
• Unidirectional rotating ceramic bezel with luminous 60-minute scale
• Dial: full Super-LumiNova with applied markers & skeletonized, luminous hands
• Crystal: flat sapphire with anti-reflective coating
• Water-resistance: 300 metres
• Straps: woven black rubber and black nylon
• Stainless steel with PVD-coated pin buckle
• Lug width: 24mm
• Includes: Original outer box, genuine Pelican case inner, Bell & Ross patch, extra nylon strap, and AD-stamped cards (dated July 2020) w/ matching purchase receipt
