·For Sale: IWC, International Watch Company Schaufhausen - Art Deco Solid 14k Solid Gold Open face pocket watch keyless wind movement,
High Grade IWC movement, Beautifully decorated, No engravings Completely original, Gold Numbers, Hallmarked everywhere, Twice outside the movement! Once behind the crown. Triple signed IWC on case dial movement. 14k stamps. Double signed "Probus Scafusia" markings. With "International Watch Co Schaffhausen" on the dial and the Movement cover.
Case measures 48.9mm diameter and the height from case back to tip of crystal is very slim at 6.9mm.
The triple signed case has applied gold Art Deco numerals, and gorgeous lance hands, stunning! The interior of the caseback and the movement both have the "IWC Probus Scafusia" markings. Made in the early 1930's this pocket watch has stood the test of time!
The movement is very clean and marked with the IWC stamp, and the script is on the movement cover. The case back is stunning and detailed, the cartouche has not been engraved!
The outer "sheaf" rim is highly detailed and very attractive, This would make a stunning gift, anniversary present or something for a special occasion. The condition of this pocket watch is beautiful. The watch is running very strong!
