·For sale is my beautiful Jaeger LeCoultre watch from around 1945.
The black dial is in great condition with lume on the numerals. The sword hands are also lumed but are a different shade to the dial lume. I have tested the watch with a Geiger counter and it registers Radium.
The case is chrome plated with minimal wear and measures just over 30mm. The caseback is stainless steel and has a serial number stamped on the back along with the letter B which is correct for the chrome plated case.
The watch winds, sets and runs well keeping good time. I do not have a record of the service history so would recommend a service.
The watch is powered by the hand wound calibre P469/A movement introduced in 1944.
The watch has fixed bars and comes with the dark brown leather strap as seen in the images.
These watches really were the high-end watches of their era and this is a great example of this iconic watch.
The cost for the watch is £1250.00 (Paypal F+F or bank transfer) and includes worldwide shipping and insurance.
