Up for sale is my Baylor by Heuer Triple Date. I put vintage in the title because I am not certain on the year of manufacture, likely the 50s? I received the watch as part of a trade a couple months ago. This piece shares in a great history you can read here: https://www.calibre11.com/history-of-tag-heuer-1950s/ That article also shows a picture of this model (though my example has a superior dial). This sale will free up some money and a watch slot for a vintage Speedy. Asking $1350 (NOW $1050) and will include free US shipping. If you’re overseas let’s chat about shipping. Watch is keeping great time and all functions are working as the should. I do not know it’s service history. Case: The watch case is stainless steel and comes in around 35mm. For those worried about size I have 7” wrists and a wrist shot is below. Lugs are drilled and the width is 18mm. The case does not appear polished, but could be if the next owners wish. It has what I believe would be considered a “cap” of gold covering the bezel and lugs. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong there. An additional neat feature to point out is the serial number between the lugs. Dial: The dial is the true beauty for this piece. It is absolutely stunning with its even cream patina. Dial is original and the writing is crisp. I love the gold numbers with the arrows for odd hours. I am also a fan of the second sub dial. Hands: I believe the hands are original. The date indicator has a red arrow that lines up nicely with the outer date track. All the hands appear to have oxidized and have a bit of build up. This is visible in the photos. I have no doubts this can be remedied if desired. Strap: cheap brown leather, but looks great and will be included. I have OF references from buying and selling and will gladly share them. I am horrible at putting the links in, but I have sold two speedmasters, a seamaster chronograph, a 1039 Bracelet, and purchased 3 or 4 watches and the MWO book here.
