    Dear All:

i'm a newbie to the world of vintage Omega quartz and tuning fork watches, such as the f300 and the Beta 21 cal 1300.

i know that the Renata 344 is the correct current replacement for the f300 movement, and the Renata 386 is the correct replacement for the Beta 21 cal 1300 movement. However, these new batteries are all 1.55v and not 1.35v.

doing a search, SR43W shape, various other batteries showed up.

may i ask if anyone has come across well made, reliable 1.35v SR43W batteries for watches? or, we are now required to use the 1.55v Renata replacements?

    thank you in advance.
