Speedmaster fans can be excited! That includes us of course as well. Another introduction from Omega this year is their Speedmaster ’57 Caliber 9300 Broad Arrow model. Based on the 41.5mm Speedmaster 9300 models they showed us in 2013, they now did a proper Caliber 9300 Broad Arrow release. We reviewed the 41.5mm Omega Speedmaster ’57 in great extent in this article (in case you’ve missed it) and frankly the specifications did not change much. The biggest optical change is in the hands and in the use of this faux patina or – as Omega calls it – Vintage Super […]

Finally. Broad arrow hands again on a Speedmaster! With a SS bezel to boot. Wished it would have been on a dial with three subdials though.

This is nice! I would love it with a ceramic bezel. I've never really cared for the silver bezel.

I like the detail, the sandwich dial style lume, the concentric center, matte outer ring subdials, but MOST importantly, look what they've done to the bracelet!

They reversed the polishing so its now polished outer links, exactly like the original CK2915's 7077 bracelet.

Definitely going in the right direction with this reissue. What would be nice in the future is:
    - Modify the steel bezel to be a proper slim DON Base 1000.
    - Remove the automatic winder and rotor so that a MUCH thinner sapphire crystal caseback can be used.

    And eventually:
    - New Master Coaxial caliber, call it the 9321, a modern version of the 321 with no date, manual, and three registers. And thinner!

I would trade a couple of my current watches for this. Even though I'm not a fan of the vintage Lume and would love a 3 dial version if this piece, this is a great new watch.

George, when you get yours I may tag along.

And with that fake patina it will look sick on leather!

The center links are definitely brushed: you can clearly see the brushed centre links contrasting with the polished outer links at the 8-12s mark of the video, and again, 29-30s mark.

Wow! Even though I'm more of a Seamaster guy, I must say, this is a gorgeous piece.

I think you are on to something: I would actually love to see a true, current-production reissue of the 321 line, which both ensures viability of existing 321s as well as honors Omega's unique place in history by selling *THE* Moonwatch (versus, the second-generation descendant of the Moonwatch).

Brilliant. I love automatics. Could live without the date, such a hassle when it does rest too long. I actually use a tachy daily, on my Reduced, to calculate production rates on various machines. Units per hour...so I actually need this watch!

After the WSOTM I was a little worried but this has just restored my faith in this years releases.

I think this is just about perfect as a reissue. Yes you could say it would be better with three sub dials, slightly thinner etc but that to me would be a remake rather than a reissue like this which, technically speaking, is an improvement.

This is now competing with the Seamaster 300 master coaxial as my first modern Omega.
