Hmmm....this could go nicely with my original Peanuts comic strip.

Scratch that ... Steel not ceramic... 6500 is still a bargain!
I think you might be right, if Omega still keeps the same price difference in europe/swiss as it exists today to the USA. The 6100CHF would translate into $8,600USD. This is based on current europe price for a DSOM which is about 9K euro. And chf to euro is 1.06.

Did anyone else notice there are not spots for a case back remover? Is this a prototype they are showing so the retail one will have the spots?

Maybe you just use Snoopy's head for purchase 😀

maybe there's a special case back remover that uses the Snoopy on the caseback instead of slots!

Good observation, I think this is how they will deliver it (sans notches). Looks like one of those sticky rubber blue balls will be needed here.

Does Omega even have any cases that are screw backs with no notches? I don't recall any model like this. Whenever it did not have notches it was usually a pressure fit back like the ladies speedmasters used to be.

Probably the best non-NATO strap available for 20mm Speedmasters.
This nylon strap and the bezel would go very well with a Mitsukoshi or Apollo 11 35th panda dial.

Probably a press back to make sure Snoopy is always the correct way.

Is this a stainless deployment, or ceramic? Ceramic deployment would be amazing.

The Apollo 11 yellow gold Speedmaster from 1980 has a snap fit display back. According to MWO this is the only one. So it is a possibility that the Snoopy is not a screw back.

+1 on liking this a lot if they took the text out. I have the original Snoopy LE and otherwise love what they have done with this version.

Though if they did take out the Snoopy thought bubble on the dial, he would look a little odd given that he otherwise appears to be lying down on the job...

Great shot @Robert-Jan just posted to Instagram of the two side by side

Beautiful picture, can't wait to be able to recreate this picture myself! I noticed it says on the omega site that the back is made of silver. That is a nice touch except for issue of oxidation if you wear it regularly.

The silver part (Snoopy) is under the sapphire crystal.
