Again as I stated before the on line pics do not do the piece justice. Awesome in person no flaws at all.
Im just wondering how Al is going to fix my case when I drop it or get it caught in between a cab door and frame lol
still waiting for that drool emoticon.... The DSOM is just awesome...can't wait to see it - but those '57s really are the sleeper, just beautiful ...Bullheads are cools as hell too..
The 'dark side' is by far the best of all. Still not sure about the strap. For the price Omega will charge, I'm sure they could put a bracelet on it! And what about the 15k Gauss AT ? Did you get the chance to see it ?
I liked the DSOM too. I think everyone will. but there is a little hesitation. The longevity of the watch is its strong suit. No pun intended. It was very comfortable. I strolled or stumTourneau another store. I looked at everything and I must say I liked the omega's the best.
The Gauss was the only one that was not present. I wanted to see that one more than others. I agree Luiz about the strap. I would have done a ceramic bracelt on the Dark Side. What really stood out were the markers. They just looked awesome. Picture the difference with the titanium Planet Ocean to the stainless. No comparison.
WHY are they keeping those Aqua Terra GMT chronos a secret?? New movement - subdial second time zone - teak dial this thing is absolutely gorgeous!! how did that slip in under the radar??
The Aqua Terra Day-Date is simply brilliant, returning it to date at six, as a throwback to the 2627 and 2757 Seamasters of old was a masterful design decision and gives a beautiful symmetry to the dial.
Good point. I took pictures of everything that was out. The watches displayed were not for sale. They are traveling to different boutiques for the same show.
Saved. Apparently they are going to be over £6,000 (pre-orders being taken for December delivery) I think I'd rather buy an original and wait to get one of these on the used market in three years time.
