Free wouldn't be a bargain, as it will very likely will cost more than the watch is worth to have it running again.
Tissots version of an Omega Marine? Doubt its a ladies watch. Richon mentions these in his book. Maybe Brazilian?
It is clear that this is the Tissot´s marine version but it has severe issues with the case: Rust scars and pitting on the back The clasp is missing and also the hinge for the clasp has broken off the case/is missing... Will be difficult to repair and costly. So if the interior is not top notch it will be a money pit
As a Tissot collector I have been hunting for one of these variants for years. The OP example would likely have been cobranded Omega/Tissot on the dial with an inside caseback marked for both brands and various patents, so not your typical CK679/680.
