Gosh - I've never bought one of 'em, but fine examples I've seen have been asking in the 5,000+ euro range, from sellers who are not normally over-inflated. Which is why I haven't bought them! So this sounds like a good deal, except I wouldn't go for it because of the defects you mention.
I don't dig the faded bezel, the incorrect sweep second hand would be a big issue for me, the crown is probably a replacement (smaller issue), but I say somewhere between fair price and bargain.
