Hey all, I'm back at it again, on the hunt for a speedy This time it will be for me! I'm looking at this one that's located in the UK. Looks like the bezel has been replaced...maybe the hands? (can't really tell) Right now the price is 1,000 Might go up. Any thoughts, comments? Anything look out of place? Recommendations for a price threshold? Thanks in advanced. Pics below:
Ah no, I'm out of the watch buying game for a few months but thing with Speedmasters is they're like Submariners, there's always a market for them
Don't worry about competition from me. Now if it said Constellation on the dial it might be a different story.....
Yeah, I 'should' be out of the watch game given I just bought the 1970 speedy and just bought my panerai.. I 'think' I have a problem....
"should" - funny! If you're here on a regular basis, you know you have a problem. I'm in the same boat as you - spent the last 48 hours contemplating how to find a way to add a couple watches to my collection even though the war chest is in the red currently.
Yeah, I was warned after buying your first real watch that I had to be careful since you never buy just one. It's bad when I start thinking up how to do side work just to fund my new crack-like addition.. So much I want...Speedmaster 9300, vintage speedmaster, Big Pilot, PAM 372. I knew it was bad when I added watchuseek's sales forum RSS feed to my phone to keep an 'eye' on whats happening...bad bad bad.
I found elitedealseeker a while ago... Didn't know about watchrecon... Arg.. I thank you, my bank account on the other hand....not so much I'm still really wanting to see what the Speedmaster 9300 is going to end up like. I just saw one fly out the door @ 5,800.00 Need more people to buy em and start trading
