My old Seamaster 166-0624 is back home after its service.

It was in a bit of a state when I acquired it last month.

I decided to entrust it to https://watchguy.co.uk/ after hearing of their excellent service.

The watch was delivered to them on 01/09, work started on 18/09, and was completed same day.
Other than a strip, clean, and lubrication, a new mainspring, gasket, and case ring were fitted.

I received daily updates as my watch moved up the queue, and plenty of pictures once the work started. Anyone interested is welcome to have a look here: https://watchguy.co.uk/cgi-bin/library?action=show_photos&wat_id=6827&tk_id=613599834

The watch was returned very well protected for its journey.

As should always be the case, the old replaced parts were returned with the watch.

I plan to give this one a lot of wrist time. It had not had an easy life before I got it, so it is no drawer queen.

No surprise, seeing the Timegrapher picture after service, it is keeping excellent time, and, of course, ticking like a Swiss watch.

Total cost of the service was £270.

I would like to fit a BOR bracelet on it. Does anyone know of a decent, generic, 19mm BOR bracelet, in a brushed finish? I dislike the style with the flat beads, and would prefer curved end links, but that may be difficult with this case.

That's a pretty cool personalized service they offer with the status tracking and picture updates. Good pricing and lots of resources on their website as well. Seems like a great watchmaker to have availalble. Enjoy the watch!

I think you meant reference 166.0264- which is what is on inside caseback

According to the reference bracelet chart (link attached) this came with 1351/339 bracelet/endlinks
Here is thread with photos. There is one for sale on EB but without endlinks- it is quite possible the Omega still makes these endlinks you can contact your Omega Boutique and have them look up if they still offer vintage endlinks 339- they are not expensive usually less than $50 each. Finding vintage 399 endlinks may be difficult.
