Hi, Just found this group and haven't got a clue what I am doing. What is a fair price for a vintage baby proplof?
    Cheers

    Hi Steffy,

Best option is to check sold prices on eBay.

Are you selling it or buying it?

    Hi Stefey

Just so that you know whilst yours has an original bezel it looks like it has a service dial as the twelve marker should be two stripes and not one solid bar as yours is. It should look like this

As for the value for a vintage Baby PloProf these are becoming much harder to find in good original condition and the prices I have seen recently go anywhere from around £1500 for a medium condition example or not original build versions to asking prices as high as £3000 and higher again for both versions. Although I don't know if they actually get sold for that price or not but even the WatchCo or so called NOS rebuilt versions seem to be less available now they have been in the not so distant past. You can always check E-Bay or Chrono24 to see what is currently available as to get a feel for the prices people are asking.
