Recently purchased the following power reserve conquest.

Although buyer claimed it was recently serviced and working fine. when I wind the watch, the hour hand gets out of position after a few turns. My watchmaker tells me this could be possibly caused by wear & tear of the hands pinion/power reserve disc.

My head tells me to return to seller, but my heart says to give it a go to service the watch, given it's close to unobtanium at a decent price.

Are parts for the 294 movement still available such that the watch could be repaired? In particular, would the parts for the 291/2/3 movements be interchangable with the 294? If anyone has had a successful experience servicing/repairing a similar power reserve conquest, please drop me a message - I'm having a hard time convincing any watchmaker in town to give it a go!

    Thanks in advance!
