One of the lots at the RMS auction I posted on the other page. Doesn't even have an estimate. I'll be curious to know what it actually sells for...
Also a favorite Ferrari of mine, giving the marquee its first super car moniker. A friend has a few and the 288 GTO is very cool.
A friend has one, hence the wonderful ability to enjoy all angles, marvel at the beauty and free roam of pictures .
yup....was too lazy to type out that it would be my choice......not a real 993 but sure looks great. Like the "anniversary"/ST1/ST2 LE Speedmasters....modern guts but captures the old magic. And a factory 1/1. Can't buy Powerball/MegaMillions tix up here.
Lol I was joking. And to be honest I'm starting to think/hope that the bubble is about as big as it is going to get. But here are all of the results...can't believe the Dakar 959 almost hit $6 million. Crazy! https://rmsothebys.com/en/home/lots/po18#?SortBy=Default&SearchTerm=&Category=Automobiles&IncludeWithdrawnLots=false&Auction=PO18&OfferStatus=All availability&AuctionYear=&Model=Model&Make=Make&FeaturedOnly=false&StillForSaleOnly=false&Collection=All Lots&WithoutReserveOnly=false&page=1&pageSize=200
A 928 for over 100k, 924s and 944s for like 50k? Sounds like somebody's up to something a la art auctions...
Nah man, I meant 924(plural). This one isn't even an S. https://rmsothebys.com/en/auctions/...ry-auction/lots/r0026-1980-porsche-924/707373 Even in great condition with 11k miles, who the F pays 53k for a 924? Or 10x what a 928 is worth these days... even with a running and fully sorted engine, these things are 1/10th what this brought
That’s insane. I know Magnus got a nice 924 GTS for less then that last year. It was a low mile best of breed example for the 924.... insane.
