Authenticity Omega Medicus 1937

Dear members of the Omega forum,

I am looking into buying an omega medicus. I was wondering if you could help me spot out any unauthentic parts in this model that I am considering buying for 1200 euros. The listening stated that the band was the only unoriginal part. The box is original as well.

Case, dial and hands look OK to me. Not sure about the crown, but if not original, it is a close match.

Thank you for your quick responses. This will be really helpful in deciding if I want to buy it or not. I came across another example of this model that I really liked. It has less pictures unfortunately. Could you help me authenticate this model as well?

And it’s not a medicus but more likely a later model with R17.8SC inside…
