Don't believe everything you read, especially when it comes to the Omega Vintage Database.

There were generally multiple dial styles for any given case reference. For this watch, the case and movement match for sure. It is possible that the dial has been redone, but given the low value on these, I think it unlikely.

This is the other info I was given:
    OMEGA Deville Dress watch c1973

GENTS Automatic Wristwatch with 18K (750) Yellow Gold case and back, stamped and hallmarked. The Crown is Onyx tipped, the Strap is Omega original but the Buckle is not original.
The movement is Calibre 711 with serial Number 36995915 indicating manufacture was c1973, the case has Reference number 151.7284 and is Ultra Slim.

No, I did'nt think it was but I will need to change the strap anyway so I'm not worried about the strap just hoping the watch itself is genuine.
Appreciate the info so thank you for the reply :)

Cal is under the balance wheel.
    Dennison (ALD) English 9ct case.
11,31xxx places it around late 40s.
Others will have to chime in on originality
