    Hello All

My first post, and I'm afraid that it is an authentication request. This 3570.40 has come up over at watchuseek, and I am looking for opinions from the learned ladies and gentlemen in this forum. It looks pretty genuine, and the serial number seems to be in the right range, but I ask because all the images I have seen of genuine full sets (mostly on this site) show that the 3570.40 came with a wooden box rather than a red leatherette box. I'm a bit of a full set kinda guy, and if I am paying this kind of money, I would really like it to be genuine in all respects.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide. I usually hang out at watchuseek, and am mostly into Breitling, but do have two other Speedmasters already. If I can provide any reciprocal assistance in the future, please seek me out under the same username over there.

    Cheers

Looks good to me - I'd have already bought it had been located in UK. Good luck!

DLT's right - usually with red wood grain box - see pic attached - but I wouldn't pass this up if in the UK just because of this inconsistency provided everything else, including serial number, checked Racing Box.jpg out. I say this because I'm finding them very difficult to locate (2004 made) and I like it just that bit more than a Tintin.

Thanks for the welcome. Worthless without pics? True, but since they were not mine I felt a link was a more appropriate option. However, here is a pic of mine to sate you.

Yes, they are sevens - odd ones, but sevens nonetheless.

Only true way to tell is to check with omega, give the serial and they should be able to tell you.

    Mine says hello...

Missed out on this one, but thanks everyone for your help. Perhaps there is another around the corner.
