    Hi guys,

Thinking about purchasing this watch. Anyone know anything about Omega watches from this time period. Looks more a british issue with the 'WWW' on the caseback. Any input would be greatly appreciated omega11.jpeg omega2.jpeg omega3.jpeg omega4.jpeg omega5.jpeg omega6.jpeg omega7.jpeg

Its a fake. Looks very much like a Vietnamese or at least Oriental confection.

God knows what the movement is, but it's not an Omega

    Cheers

As stated above, fake watch. In its defence, its quite likely it has spent some time in Vietnam, just in a sweatshop rather than a figher aircraft.

Yeah, that 'Breiling' will be super useful when you're off flying on your 'Missons' ;-)

Looks like an A. Schild maybe with a little added "Cotes de Vietnam" decoration.
    Best,

If you like to own a Viet Nam War Watch, buy a Zodiac Seawolf. They were sold to the US soldiers at that time, not Omega.

seems that we have a recurrent situation. Check what eBay is offering in 2019:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/223354137214?ViewItem=&item=223354137214Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

Don't know how many reports are required to eliminate a bid, but they should validate the authenticity via keywords and previous reports about the same topic
