hmm- the redialed OMEGA logo looks more professional than the 'authentic' one to me. I'm not an expert by any means though so you should prob wait until more experienced members chime in to make any hard and fast decision!
When faced with a quandary like this, sometimes it helps to flip the equation around: You have perfect, undamaged currency that the seller is trying to purchase from you with an imperfect redial or a damaged dial. Now ask yourself - does that deal still make sense to do?
Sounds like you are not happy with either option: don't buy. It will just remind you that you want a better one.
