Looks OK with the pic's The dial on this watch is also Gold
It's worth a few $$ due to the gold content but not the most sought after Constellation

You need the case back number to work out model ( inside caseback ) get a watchmaker or someone competent with the correct tool to open if you don't have the tools as it could scratch the back and affect value.......

Wouldn't be wearing it with that bracelet damage. Looks like it's ready to fall apart

Love a C-Case myself, but compared to pie pans and deluxe models.
( a mint example sat in the FS section for a long while, might even still be there )

Mi father bougth it in NY. He tell me the watch is 1966 model (year I born) but Im no shure of that.
The original box was missin in one of my country moving trips

whoever told you $ 5,500 is very foolish. No one is going to pay that for your watch. But I strongly advise you to get the band fixed before it breaks and you lose the watch !

 

Thank you. I'm going today in order to fix it. I am not shure how much the watch cost but i want to know just for curiosity because i will keep it and preserve.

Do not polish the case. Do not have the dial or hands touched at all. Make sure to anyone that works on the watch is very clear on that.
