Au revoir: A last goodbye to four great watches

Yesterday I decided to part with some watches that I had accumulated in my collection. I sort of already regret it but on the other hand I don't think I will ever part with any of my watches without having second thoughts.

Anyway, just wanted to share them with you one last time. Sorry for not having better pictures - I just thought that I would take two before they left me forever. Didn't even have time to set them to 10 past 10.

I sold them to my local watchmaker. Probably could've gotten a bit more in C2C trades, but I like him and he has cut me some fair deals before. And I know he will treat them well before they continue on their journey.

Ref. 135.001, 135.070, 135.020 SP. The last 32mm Seamaster I didn't open.

Gotta do what ya gotta do. When things take a turn for the better there will still be plenty of vintage watches to be had 👍

Never easy to say goodbye....

I feel you. Watch collecting has taken the backseat in my life. Not due to necessity but due to me being cautious. Better times will come, that's for sure.

Watches come and go. Right now I'm stuck in the budget segment. Still swiss made though.

I thought so myself. I think people belive that I had to let them go due to covid and if that was the case the comments are really very sweet (as they are anyway).
But in reality I just wanted to focus my watches and make room for something new. So thanks!
