Having recently aquired a 2015 AT, I notice the crown action is very stiff. It works, I can change date/time, and it screws in giving me comfort on water resistance. But, very tight and a trifle difficult to turn. Any thoughts on this? Have there been any others with similar problems (perhaps too strong a word)? Solutions welcomed...many thanks.
It keeps excellent time and is a real stunner.

It would depend on how difficult it is to turn. Does it feel like it's causing damage? A tight crown can be something as simple as a lack of lubrication on the case tube gaskets. However it's difficult to say without actually feeling the action myself.

Just wondered if it was a characteristic of the 8500 movement. Thanks for the reply!

No common problem that I am aware of, still under warranty so I would have it looked at.
