Having checked about 1000 official individual portrait photos of both male & female astronauts, I have compiled a small list of watches seen in those portraits, made publicly available by the space agencies ESA, CNES, DLR and NASA.
For the female astronauts, we can be brief as only a few show a modern black CASIO-like wristwatch and only payload specialist Dianne Prinz clearly wore a Seiko A829
Other wrist watches in official portraits (year the photo was taken):
    BULOVA
    1962 Carpenter
    1964 Cooper
    1964 Grissom
    1966 Haise
    1964 Slayton

    BREITLING
    1997 Clervoy
    2001 Virts
    1996 Williams

Those are all ESA, CNES or NASA photos, which I got between 1975 and 1995... made my own scans, but these images belong to the public domain and most can be found online, however in low resolution versions. The size of my 300 DPI scans varies between 1.0 & 6.0 Mb ...
Each photo has a number in which the year is presented (e.g. Photo of Grissom here above = 1964-01b (litho) or S64-32110 (photo) )

This is the 1974 official NASA portrait of Chief of the astronaut office Donald "Deke" Slayton in WSS - White Space Suit for the ASTP mission
Note his Gold Apollo tribute Speedmaster chronograph was missing the bezel and he wore a folded Timely calendar pleated over the bracelet

A few official portraits of LtGeneral astronaut Thomas P. Stafford wearing his Gold Omega Apollo tribute Speedmaster chronograph, WSS taken in 1972 (post Apollo 10 mission). General Stafford was the first member of his Naval Academy Class of 1952 to pin on the first, second and third stars of a General Officer.

Just wanted to include some (non-official) photos showing Apollo 11 astronaut Neil Armstrong wearing his Gold Apollo tribute Speedmaster
The first pair, taken in 1974, show Neil folding a paper airplane while at University of Cincinnati, where Armstrong was University Professor of Aerospace Engineering.

One more because of the request here above...
ASTP-commander and Omega Ambassador Thomas Stafford wearing a Gold Apollo tribute Speedmaster chronograph during a press conference in 1973. Deke Slayton wore an Accutron Astronaut tuning fork watch and Vance Brand a steel Omega Speedmaster chronograph, just visible in the first photo... The color of the bezel on Stafford's Gold Omega Speedmaster was obviously burgundy wine colored... as on other photos these Gold watches often appear with a black colored bezel...

The official NASA photo of the prime crew for Gemini VIII, David Scott and Neil Armstrong. Looks like a Speedy on Armstrong's wrist.

IMHO ... Out of the 60 official Gemini crew photos, this is the best: Gemini VIII prime and back-up crews posing together in 1966.
Probably taken during training, each astronaut wore an Omega Speedmaster, except Charles "Pete" Conrad...

On November 25, 1969, later in 1972 and 1973, about 35 astronauts received their Gold Apollo Tribute Omega Speedmaster chronograph.
So far there're about a dozen astronauts seen wearing their Gold speedies in time-period photos and searching for photos of NASA astronauts actually wearing their Gold Speedmaster during NASA training I only came to half-a-dozen astronauts:
    A few photos of such examples;
1970 Eugene Cernan wore his Gold #18 during Apollo 17 training
1972 Alan Bean wore his Gold #26 during Skylab 3 training
Thomas Stafford regularly wore his Gold #13 during ASTP-training between October 1972 and July 1975
