    Good evening all,

I'm looking to sell this Seamaster 600 135.011.
I recently posted it on the bay with a reserve well under the prices I had found on the Internet, but the reserve was not met.
I would be very grateful if someone could advise on a sensible asking price

    Many thanks in advance

Prices found on the internet typically do not reflect the sale price on eBAY. Do an advanced search on eBAY for sold items and this should give you a range to work with.

I checked the prices of items previously sold on the bay and compared with current prices of watches that I believe to be original, as is mine.
I set the reserve well below the prices currently asked and it still didn't sell.
Hence my reason for asking for a valuation.
As an example, I received an offer of £125.

I see a fairly nice (albeit not over the top) 600.

Quite possibly replacement crown and plexi.

    Should fetch u$ 250-350.

    Sometimes things just don't happen.

I had watches sit for months in sales corners...like lead blocks then got bored and pulled them.... 6months later I relisted and got 4 enquiries over the weekend and sold it in 3 days...go figure.

    Do you know www.watchrecon.com?

I have just taken a look at the results for these at auction on eBay with no reserve and they went from US$225 - $420.
Frequently auctions with a reserve get less bids and lower prices.

Buy it now $350 will get it sold. Not a bad watch for someone starting out, looks quiet tidy
