What are your thoughts on it? Is it for sale - if so how much?

As @Scarecrow Boat says the case looks pretty terrible but the rest seems correct and the dial is rather attractive.

Lume that uniformly pumpkin is rare on a mid 70s Speedy. I’d want to look closely at the hands for evidence of a relume. Whatever, it looks attractive.
