Asking for help identifying Omega "Cartier" Watch

Greetings,

I recently bought a ladies Omega in solid 18K gold with "Cartier" on the dial and an asymmetrical case. It is about 19mm wide at the top, and tapers to 16mm. I tried looking this model up on the internet but couldn't find a reference. Can anybody help me?

Also, if someone knows a good watchmaker/jewelry repair who could source/recreate a matching index for 12 o'clock, please let me know! Thanks!

Cheers

The case was made in Geneva but the movement was imported into the United States. That might explain the lack of a standardized reference.

Thank you for that!

First, that dial is not original. Probably a redial.

Second, while Cartier marked watches with a separate stock number, something about the "6621" seems out of place on this watch.

Third, Swiss made case and "OXG" markings are unusual, but not unheard of. If this watch was originally sold by Cartier, this combination is possible.

My overall assessment is that the stamping was added and this watch was altered to deceive. However, anything is possible with vintage Omega. Just be careful with this one.

The 6621 on the back of the lug doesn't match the case-back.
