I think the second hand is not correct for this watch. I don't think it is supposed to be a sweep second hand at all, looks more like a counter or indicator hand.

The colour appears to be different from hour and minute as well.

The one from closer is a redial by the way. But that's irrelevant dor the question...😁

Not original- and as @Shabbaz pointed out, Closer’s isn’t original either and the “Cima Star” I believe is a bad translation of “Seamaster”. I will say the translation on that page is hilarious:

Thank you for you seeing it!
[OMEGA] It is the introduction of the omega Cima star half rotor self-winding watch cal .354 leather belt men watch★
・The whole of the windshield includes a wound.
・I become needle and the index にが acid. The clockface has a stain and a dirt.
・A bezel, the whole of the case have many pickpocket wounds.
・The leather belt is changed for an unused outsider product, but the painting of the buckle becomes light.

I have suffered some pickpocket wounds myself- luckily none that drew blood.

I agree with the others that you have the wrong second hand on your watch.... because you have an original Omega case and Hour/Minute hands.

I have an old 28.10ra watch that uses your second hand in an aftermarket case with aftermarket hands.. Most likely assembled that way here in the U.S. by a distributor or Jewler..... But I believe Omega would not have used that

This kind of centre second hand might be Omega but is not correct for a Seamaster at all.

Arrow hands like this can be found on ref 2242...
