Well, it's not Art Deco - it's several decades too modern, but that's a typical idiot eBay description. To an eBay seller, old = art deco..... and old = valuable and/or rare too. :p

However, it is a nice looking tv case that's probably from the late 60's or 70's. I like the applied Roman numerals.

Naw, Art Deco sold all his watches years ago. I believe he lives in Miami now, maybe around Coral Gables.

I think it looks gorgeous, and the price is not bad for a 14K solid gold.

Oh yes, the watch is good, too. A bit pricey for what it is, but still very nice.

Question: Why is it considered "pricey" for a 14K solid gold in such excellent condition? Just curious...

Women's watches aren't sought after. Sometimes they won't even get bids at scrap value. That's just the way it is. That's good if you're a female collector!

So even though it is"unisex" it is still considered by collectors as a woman's watch then(?).

Yep, pretty much. Anything under 34 / 35 mm is a hard sell to men nowadays.
