Moisture damage on the dial. The protective clear lacquer is damaged. There is a real chance, that this is getting worse soon......

Are these stains (patina?) near the 2 and 3 a major issue?

Its a "pass this one in every case" issue!

I'd recommend looking at the marketplace section here, there are often omega's being sold by reputable members for decent prices.
This is good advice, OP, and you should heed it. Neither of the first two watches that you posted is worthwhile in my opinion. The 14389 is very overpriced at 900 Euro. I've attached a photo of my 14389 for comparison purposes. I paid $725 USD. The 2375 has all sorts of issues as noted by other members. In addition to that, I second the concerns about buying a watch with a bumper movement. Parts are not readily available, not all watchmakers will service them, and those who will service them will charge more than they would for a manual wind movement. Getting a manual wind as your first vintage Omega is a good way to go in my opinion, but you need to gain knowledge of what you're shopping for before you pull the trigger. That being said, the caliber 268 that's in the 14389 is an excellent movement -- easy and inexpensive to work on, accurate, and very reliable.

Thank you all for taking the time to explain a few things.

I'll take my time and keep an eye on the marketplace here!

Have a great week-end

I'm new here, but its extremely hard to understand how this works, how do I make a post? there's no options to do so. thanks

To post a picture, click “add photos” as circled in red below, this will load the photo

Then you need to insert the photo into your post

Easy peasy. Note that the photo will insert where your cursor is placed, it took me a while to figure that out.
